If you love sparkle and shimmer on your cards, you really need to try making your own colored glitter paper.
All you need is Dazzling Diamond glitter paper and Brusho Crystals and I used alcohol instead of water so it would dry faster.
I used a strip on Glimmer Paper about three inches wide and colored the complete strip so I had it ready to use.
1. Sprinkle two or three colors of Brusho Crystals over the glitter paper. Leave some white showing so we get a variation of colors and the two colors can inter-mix.
2. When you have the crystals on the paper as you wish, mist with alcohol and let the colors run together. If you find a spot you want more color, you can sprinkle more crystals on the paper and mist some more.
3. Set this aside and let it dry well before cutting.
Here is another card where I used another section of the colored glimmer paper. You can see how no sections is the same.
These cute figures are cut from the designer paper, Myths & Magic Specialty Designer paper that is in the Mini catalog. I really hate seeing this Cute bundle, Magical Day discontinued. If they have not sold out, you can still order it until the end of May.
If you do not have the Brusho Crystals, you can order them a the Dazzling Diamond Glitter paper by clicking on Shop Now.
Happy Stamping, Joyce
