With this great set, it has several different ideas to use for card making. Each I love. I love the ocean and the beaches, so this stamp really holds a place near in my heart. I love seeing the sandpipers scramble around the ocean edges early in the morning.
I created the mood of the ocean using sponges. The sand is colored in sponging using circular strokes. Remember, when sponging, start off the card, not directly on your cardstock. The water, I used stokes with the sponge to try to create the movement of the water, letting the white show in the blue. The sky, I used a combination of circles and stokes. I did use a piece of paper as a mask to get the color for the ocean floor where the water meets the sky.
